But at the time of writing, there are only 4 listings left of the regular art version on TCGPlayer, and they’re selling for $12.00! And the extended art Hireling is pushing $20.00.

Infect placed 4th at Channel Fireball’s Magic Fest in Las Vegas. But it wasn’t the blue-green Infect that many players are familiar with. The deck splashed black for Phyrexian Crusader.
Crusader is particularly good in the current Modern metagame filled with removal spells like

This price spike is a bit of an oddball. Hunted Horror doubled in price last weekend when a rogue Modern deck tech surfaced from Channel Fireball’s Magic Fest in Las Vegas. The deck utilizes

and similar effects to mitigate the downsides of cards like Hunted Horror. The deck caught a bit of hype on the internet, and consequently, Hunted Horror jumped to almost $16.00.

When the Undead Unleashed Commander deck was released alongside Innistrad: Midnight Hunt, zombies were all the rage. Zombies from throughout Magic’s history were spiking in price like crazy because everybody wanted to upgrade their new Commander decks.
Well, the prices for many of those zombies haven’t returned to their pre-hype prices, but they have started to come trend downwards as of late. If you missed out on picking up key zombie pieces, keep your eye out. Cards like Gravecrawler, Relentless Dead, and Lord of the Undead amongst many more are starting to dip back down.
