Pest Infestation
You can dump as much mana as you want into Pest Infestation to wipe out your opponents’ artifacts and enchantments. This effect is similar to Heliod’s Intervention and is playable in any deck. But as an added benefit, Pest Infestation makes a ton of Pest creature tokens which you can use to beat down your opponents or synergize with other life gain cards.

Witch’s Clinic
Utility lands are awesome in Commander. Witch’s Clinic is most comparable to Vault of the Archangel, another fantastic Commander card. But unlike Vault, Witch’s Clinic can be played in any deck!
Giving your Commander lifeline is valuable in a variety of decks, but especially in dedicated life gain decks like Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Lathiel, the Bounteous Dawn.
