Colorless Time Spiral Remastered Previews

Share
Today is a triple-whammy of previews and this piece is all about the Colorless Time Spiral Remastered previews.
Article at a Glance

The final day of Time Spiral Remastered previews brings with it a veritable rainbow along with a complete lack thereof, that’s especially true here with this being the Colorless side of things.

Time Spiral Remastered is an exciting set for a few reasons. First of all, it’s awesome to see all of these wonderful reprints. Secondly, it’s incredibly cool to see the timeshifted cards. Finally, it could well mean we get more remastered sets in the future, and that’s a very exciting prospect.

Anyway, let’s have a look at all the Colorless goodness that today is bringing.

Colorless Time Spiral Remastered Previews

We got a little sneak preview of what to expect today thanks to a video that The Command Zone put up, but we were still very happy to see Cloud Key previewed while we wait for the Command Zone reveal to drop.

Leading today’s Colorless previews is Akroma’s Memorial

Akroma’s Memorial is a long-time staple of go-wide token strategies in Commander and a reprint will be a welcome sight for players. Cloud Key is an unusual reprint, but currently on the expensive side due to how it can discount card types in a typical game of Commander. Chromatic Star is for the Modern Tron aficionados, and the new Sailor Moon-esque art is bound to go down a treat with players.

Colorless Time Spiral Remastered Timeshifted Previews

We never really get bored of seeing new cards in these old borders, which is definitely true when it comes to Panharmonicon.

Panharmonicon and Everflowing Chalice lead the charge on timeshifted previews, with Chalice of the Void and Crystal Shard seeing a reveal a little earlier in the preview season. Chalice of the Void is sure to command a high price due to its evergreen presence in Modern and Legacy. Crystal Shard is a powerful artifact for Commander decks and Cubes, allowing you to bounce your own creatures to generate additional value.

Time Spiral Remastered is set to release for tabletop on March 19, 2021. Magic Online will also have a Time Spiral Remastered booster draft event, but it won’t be available on Magic: The Gathering Arena.
