This week, the full spoiler of Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty dropped causing the market to move in BIG ways. Magic players are raging about a new infinite combo. And new Commander synergies are driving prices up.
Welcome to The MTG Marketplace, a weekly article on MTG Rocks where we cover each week’s biggest price spikes and overall market trends.
Weekly Winners
Artificer’s Intuition
Going from $2.00 to almost $20.00, Artificer’s Intuition is the biggest price spike of the week. This movement is entirely owed to one Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty card, Containment Construct.
Players figured out a way to gain infinite mana and infinite life using Containment Construct, Lion’s Eye Diamond, Elixir of Immortality, and Artificer’s Intuition.

Mantle of the Ancients
There’s a new Aura-themed Commander in Neon Dynasty. Light-Paws, Emperor’s Voice can play Auras directly from your library to the battlefield.
A lot of players are excited for Light-Paws. That excitement translated to demand this week, causing Aura-related cards such as Mantle of the Ancients to rise in price.
If you want to check out other cards for Light-Paws, you can read my deck guide, “OP Aura Tutor In the Command Zone Will Kill Opponents in One Blow“.
I personally have an eye on Umbra Mystic as a potential future spike.

Sanctum of All
The regular art Sanctum of All jumped from $1.00 to $4.00, and the extended border rose from $4.00 to $15.00.
Shrines received new support in Neon Dynasty. There’s even a new five-color, Shrine Commander. It’s likely worth buying the other, older Shrines soon.
