Magic: Legends fast travel exists, but it's not very easy to find, and the game does a terrible job of explaining things.

Magic: Legends is in open beta now, and while lots of players are jumping in, there are a fair few things that the game doesn’t do a great job of explaining.

We’ll be smashing out guides to help cover those as we go, but today we want to talk about the Magic: Legends fast travel system, because if you’re not paying attention, you might not even realise it’s there.

So, here’s everything you need to know to be able to the Magic: Legends fast travel system.

Magic: Legends fast travel – activate the fast travel points

Getting around in Legends can feel a bit slow, and given how large the world is, you’re going to want to learn how to utilise the fast travel system to avoid tedious backtracking across the huge areas in this version of the MTG multiverse.

So, the first thing you’ll need to do is keep an eye out for the Magic: Legends fast travel points, which are dotted around the map and look like little stone glyphs dotted around the map.

You’ll then need to wander up to them and actually activate them, which you can do by hitting F on the keyboard, or whatever button it tells you to.

Now, to be able to fast travel, hit Tab to open up the map, mouse on over to the Magic: Legends fast travel point you want to use, and click it.

It’s not a hard system to use when you know how, but given how hidden it is, you’d be forgiven for not knowing how to do this on your own.

Know that you know how; you can happily go out into the world and zip around with ease. Just keep an eye out for the fast travel points and make sure you interact with them.
