So far in 2024, there have been A LOT of new cards and products that have been released or previewed. Before we even got to Murders at Karlov Manor, our first premier set of the year, we had a nice throwback reprint set in Ravnica Remastered to dive into. From there, a variety of different Secret Lair products, including a slew of options from the Winter 2024 Superdrop, were all made available for purchase.
Now, with Murders at Karlov Manor having been officially released a little over a week ago, it’s already time to start focusing on MTG Fallout. This set featuring four distinct Commander decks is set to release on March 8, 2024, which is coming up on us awfully fast. Though we had some spoilers revealed already, including those from the first look at the set back in October 2023, the rest of spoiler season is set to kick off this week.
A Head Start
Originally, MTG Fallout previews were set to start on Tuesday, February 20. However, it appears we are actually going to be getting our first preview starting tomorrow. This announcement came directly from Bethesda Game Studios, a major video game developer that worked directly on Fallout 4, released in 2015. They also developed Fallout 76 in 2018, the first multi-player online game of the series.
Interestingly, though, the associated card art revealed on the official Fallout Twitter page seems to depict none other than Frank Horrigan, the final boss of Fallout 2. It’s safe to say that many players are excited. As we look towards the full card reveal tomorrow, there’s also plenty of additional previews being revealed throughout the week.

Additionally, a multitude of content creators will begin to reveal cards from each of the Commander decks starting on February 20. Each of the four Commander decks get one day dedicated them.
