Magic: The Gathering’s take on the magical school fantasy genre is coming soon, and while Wizards of the Coast has already revealed some new cards from Strixhaven: School of Mages, the set’s spoiler season doesn’t officially start until this Thursday, March 25, 2021.
Earlier this week, we’ve already seen two new Planeswalker cards from Strixhaven as well as partial card details from the Magic head designer Mark Rosewater and our first look at 3 out of the 5 new Commander cards. To get fans excited for the brand new cards that will be revealed this week, Wizards of the Coast has taken it to Twitter to share a photo of Jimmy Wong’s “campus tour” of Strixhaven this Thursday on the official MTG Twitch channel, which will begin at 9 a.m. PT.
The Strixhaven campus tour is coming!
Gather your school supplies everyone! This Thursday we'll be starting school at #MTGStrixhaven: School of Mages. Your campus tour begins 9am PT, and we'll be meeting in classroom… https://t.co/nUzYF5lf0v? What an odd name for a classroom. pic.twitter.com/jLPSuEALon

The Twitch stream will most likely give us an overview of the five colleges of Strixhaven (Silverquill, Quandrix, Prismari, Lorehold, and Witherbloom), the most elite university in the Magic Multiverse, located in the plane of Arvacios. It’s also likely that we will get our first look at the 5 Elder Dragons who founded each of the 5 Strixhaven colleges.
