What if the planeswalkers of Magic: The Gathering invaded the Marvel universe and met the X-Men?
MTG and Marvel fan Wayne Deese created a custom set of X-Men Magic cards featuring your favorite mutant heroes and villains. Some of the cards also feature a new fan-made ability called X-Trait, which triggers a bonus effect when you cast your second spell of the turn. Many of these cards are legendary creatures that depict Marvel characters, but there’s also a land card for Xavier’s School for the Gifted, an artifact for Magneto’s helm, a token for Sentinels, and various sorcery spells that represent story elements that comic book readers would know.
