Last February, Wizards of the Coast launched the Secret Lair: Black is Magic drop, a limited-time print-on-demand Magic: The Gathering product designed for Black History Month. The Secret Lair was made available for preorder from February 22 to March 31, 2021 with proceeds benefitting the digital art, game design, and game development programs of Black Girls CODE, an organization that empowers girls of color in game design and other coding programs. Some fans are already expecting to receive their Secret Lair copies this month, but it looks like they will have to wait a bit longer.

Over on Twitter, Logan a.k.a. Seraph Six has shared a message from Wizards of the Coast in which the company informs him that the preorder is taking longer than anticipated and it is now planned to release on May 13, 2021.
