There’s been a high demand for trading cards of all varieties including Magic: The Gathering, Pokemon Trading Card Game, Yu-Gi-Oh!, sports cards, and others. Now, Target is limiting the sales of these items.

At a local target store in Durham, North Carolina, I found a message that reads: “Due to high demand and to support all guests, we will be limiting the quantity of sports trading cards (NBA, NFL, and MLB) to 3 per item per guest.” The sign makes it seem like the limit is just for sports trading cards, but we learned that it included Magic and Pokemon as well.

Target now limiting sales of MTG, Pokemon, sports cards, and more.
