Last Friday, legendary Magic: The Gathering artist Seb McKinnon launched a Kickstarter campaign for his debut fantasy film, Kin Fables: The Stolen Child, and in exchange for the donations, he is offering limited-edition playmats and prints featuring his fantastic MTG artworks. The playmats feature the beautiful art from McKinnon’s Secret Lair Damnation, Enchanted Evening, Sower of Temptation, and Swamp, as well as art for Promise of Tomorrow, Feast of Succession, and Force of Despair.

With $595,772 raised and still 38 days before the Kickstarter ends, it looks like more of McKinnon’s bonus rewards will be unlocked, and the one for the 700,000 goal will unlock 10 custom-made tokens for Magic: The Gathering baed on the Kin Fables movie.

Over on Twitter, McKinnon has revealed three of those tokens: Saproling, Monarch, and Treasure. With black background and a fable-themed border, the artworks stand out in these tokens. Check them out:

If you’re a fan of McKinnon’s tokens, you should definitely check out his Kickstarter. According to the Kickstarter’s description, the playmats and prints will be a one-time printing only, and the amount of signed playmats produced will depend on demand. 100% of funds for the campaign go towards funding his film (after shipping and playmat/print production costs). To avoid cropping of any kind, McKinnon painted expansions to each artwork, so the art on the playmat reaches towards the edges.
