Magic: The Gathering Arena, the digital version of the physical Magic: The Gathering trading card game, was released in early access on Android devices earlier this year. Now, the game has officially launched for all Android and iOS users globally.

Launched originally for PC in November 2019, MTG Arena mobile version will support cross-play against PC users, and players who already have used an Arena account for the PC may use that same account to log in the game via mobile or tablet devices so they can access their digital collection. The mobile version of MTG Arena will also include all formats, events, deck building, current card sets, mastery system, and more. If you’re new to MTG, the app also has a tutorial that explains the game’s mechanics, and you can practice against AI for some casual matches before competing for ranks.

If you’ve played the PC version of MTG Arena, the mobile version should be familiar; the one major change in controls is that tapping has replaced left clicks while long taps have replaced right clicks.

You can download Magic: The Gathering Arena for free from the App Store or from the Play Store. You’ll need about 1GB of storage space with iPadOS 13.0 (or later) or iOS 13.0 (or later) compatibility to run the app.
