Following the release of Strixhaven: School of Mages on Magic: The Gathering Arena, the developers of the free-to-play digital card game have fixed technical issues surrounding Gold, XP, and the Mastery Pass not displaying properly. Now, players can use a new code to automatically level up by two levels in the Strixhaven Mastery Pass.

Over on Twitter, the official MTG Arena account has addressed the technical issues that have caused confusion to players who are trying to progress through the latest Mastery Pass, and offered an apology with a new code that players can use to automatically level up by two levels: “RestorativeBurst”.

New MTG Arena Code to level up by two levels in the Strixhaven Mastery Pass!

To redeem the code, just go to the MTG Arena’s in-game store, and enter it in the code area (Note that this feature doesn’t work on the mobile version yet). You can only redeem the code once per account. Of course, to unlock the rewards in the paid track of the Strixhaven Mastery Pass, you will need to purchase it and progress through the levels. Two levels are not much, but it can save you time if you’re trying to grind through the whole Mastery Pass before it ends.

“RestorativeBurst” is not the only new MTG Arena code you can redeem now. There are also new codes you can use to unlock 3 Strixhaven: School of Mages Booster Packs and 5 themed sleeves.

Strixhaven: School of Mages is now available on MTG Arena and Magic Online. The set is scheduled to release for tabletop on Friday, April 23, 2021.  Check out the important dates here
