Despite releasing in the Chaos Vault just a few days ago, it appears that some players are already receiving their Two Scoops Secret Lair bundles. Offering a combination of two Secret Lairs, Inked and Back in My Day!, the value proposition was surprisingly good this time around. Back in My Day! was a notable winner here, offering Retro-Bordered reprints with fresh artwork on cards that have never received the treatment before.
While things already looked good, new Secret Lair Bonus Cards have a chance at making things even better. While the financial value here is a bit shaky, the premiums for these cards could be quite impressive.
MTG Utopia Sprawl

Shared by Reddit user Mortalowl, Utopia Sprawl appears to be the bonus card for the Back in My Day! Secret Lair. Thanks to both ramping and fixing your mana for cheap, Utopia Sprawl sees plenty of play across lots of formats. On top of appearing in 295,000 different Commander decks, Utopia Sprawl sees plenty of play in Pauper, Modern, Duel Commander, and cEDH.
That said, despite this massive amount of demand, Utopia Sprawl is not an expensive reprint. Across all its reprints, including a previous Retro-Bordered one, there are now 10 variants of Utopia Sprawl available. While the cheapest of these just goes for $1, Utopia Sprawl’s rarer variants have quite a price tag attached. The sole Secret Lair variant of this card, for example, goes for $15.
Considering the artwork and its low supply, this Utopia Sprawl could be quite expensive, indeed. Only time will tell how this shapes up for sure, but as far as unique reprints go, this one isn’t bad.
Leftover Bonus Cards?

Inked’s Secret Lair Bonus Card is potentially a weird one. This Retro Frame Foil Cleaver Skaab is a valuable $7 reprint, but it has appeared as a Secret Lair Bonus Card before. This was notably part of the Retro Frame Foil Zombie cards that could randomly appear in Secret Lairs last year. If this holds true, there could be some extremely expensive cards to find here, with the Retro Foil Wilhelt, The Rotcleaver, Rot Hulk, and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed going for over $90.
That said, while retro-frame zombies aren’t uncommon, we’ve only seen two bonus cards from this Chaos Vault drop so far. Potentially, this might mean that the Inked drop has its own unique bonus card out there somewhere. While technically possible, there’s no guarantee this will be the case, so we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.
