MTG Prime Day Offers Massive Savings on Accessories

Share

As many MTG players are painfully aware, Magic is an extremely expensive hobby. Between the rising costs of booster packs and singles on the secondary market, building an MTG deck can easily cost hundreds of dollars. If that weren’t enough, MTG players also need accessories to protect their cards. Fortunately, if you need some new accessories, Amazon Prime Day has you covered with some sales.

Ultimate Guard Zipfolio

Of all the Amazon Prime Day sales currently available, this Ultimate Guard Zipfolio sale offers the best bang for your buck. Offering 360 protected sideslider slots for your valuable cards, these Zipfolios generally retail for about $50 each, with or without artwork.

Thankfully, Amazon Prime Day is temporarily making these binders a lot more affordable. With the Hazoret and Ketramose art Aetherdrift Zipfolios at 60% off, you can find these binders for $22 and $27, respectively. If you have high-end cards that need extra protection or are putting together a high-value trade binder, it’s hard to beat the protection the Zipfolio provides at this price.

If that’s still a bit expensive for your budget, there are more budget-friendly options available. This binder, for example, also offers 360 protected slots for a modest $6.37 after a 15% Prime Day discount. While the binder quality isn’t as good as the Zipfolio, it should still easily get the job done in most situations.

Storing and Moving 18 Commander Decks

On top of having a binder, it’s always worthwhile to have a way to carry your Commander decks around. Given how easy it is to get carried away with deckbuilding, managing your collection can quickly become a problem. Thankfully, the Gomyrod Card Storage Box solves this problem, and it’s available on Amazon Prime Day with a deep discount.

Offering room for 1800 different cards with Dragon Shield sleeves, this is a great way to bring up to 18 decks to Commander game night at your local LGS. So long as you don’t mind the black and red finish, Amazon Prime Day’s 28% discount puts this carrying case at $28.87.

If you don’t need quite that much space, there are also individual deck boxes for sale. This magnetic deckbox, for example, can hold 120 double-sleeved cards for $6.99, making it ideal for a Commander deck.

Odds and Ends

Outside of storing your cards and Commander decks, there are a few more common EDH accessories going for sale on Amazon Prime Day. The most useful to many MTG players is a series of dry-erase tokens, helping in the absence of your card’s specific tokens. If you need to add some to your collection, $13.58 is a very respectable deal for 50 different double-sided tokens.

Outside of dry-erase tokens, there’s also a fair number of deals available for MTG dice sets that cater to a lot of different needs. If you’re looking for every single conceivable type of die you might need, including keywords, counters, and loyalty, the 120-piece Six Points dice collection is currently 15% off at $21.24. In most cases, however, a smaller 42-piece collection for $8.48 will suffice.

Between storing your cards and finding your accessories, Amazon Prime Day sales offer all kinds of different accessories for your Commander night at a discount. Sadly, while these prices are quite good considering the competition, they won’t be around for very long. With Prime Day ending on June 26th, these sales will only be around for a few days while supplies last.
