New and reprinted MTG cards from Modern Horizons 2 revealed!
During today’s Weekly MTG stream on Twitch.tv/magic, Wizards of the Coast has revealed the first batch of new and reprinted cards from the upcoming Modern Horizons 2, the second-straight-to-Modern Magic: The Gathering set releasing this June. The five enemy-colored Fetchlands (Arid Mesa, Marsh Flats, Misty Rainforest, Scalding Tarn, and Verdant Catacombs) are getting reprinted in Modern Horizons 2, and you can get them in borderless frames and old-school frames.

In addition to the five enemy-colored Fetchlands, Wizards also revealed a few new cards, including Sanctum Prelate, Brainstorm, and Diamond Lion as well as a reprint of Counterspell. That’s right! Counterpsell will be legal in Modern format!

The early Modern Horizons 2 previews come following the reveal of the packaging earlier today.
Modern Horizons 2 is scheduled to release on June 18, 2021. Previews will begin on May 24.
