Apparently 2026 is a big year for Secret Lair Commander precons. We’ve just seen the launch of the hugely popular Goblin Storm deck this week, and there’s another leaked list featuring art from Ricardo Cavolo waiting in the wings for later. To add to this duo of decks, today, a leak revealed that we’ll be getting a Hatsune Miku Secret Lair Commander deck at some point in the future.
The Hatsune Miku Secret Lair Commander Deck Leak

As revealed in a post by The-b-factor on r/mtgfinance, an unsuspecting MTG player received the Hatsune Miku Commander deck in place of the Goblin Storm they ordered. Images in the post showcase only a single card, Trostani, Selesnya’s Voice, but also packaging that suggests this is very much a full deck.
Though not hugely exciting, Trostani, Selesnya’s Voice is a pretty solid start for the precon. While it’s not an expensive card, with near-mint copies available from just $1.40, it is a very useful one in Commander. This version of Trostani sees a lot of play both in the command zone and in the 99, and it even shows up occasionally in cEDH lists.
The rest of the deck is a mystery for now, but there are some things we can likely infer from past precedent. Generally, Secret Lair Commander precons come with about 10 new-art reprints, so we can expect that as a floor for the Miku deck. Goblin Storm had 23, however, if you include basic lands and tokens, so we could get a lot more than that if Wizards is feeling generous.
Regardless of how many new cards appear here, this deck will almost certainly be highly sought after on release. Past Hatsune Miku drops have sold out incredibly quickly, and the singles from each have sold for a hefty sum as a result. Whenever this deck releases, we can likely expect similar shenanigans to those we saw in this week’s Goblin Storm sale.
